Looking for unique meat cuts? We offer a wide variety that most butcher shops don’t! If you don’t see what you’re looking for on our cut sheet, just ask—we’re happy to accommodate.
We provide traditional cuts along with specialty options like Carne Asada, Carne Picada (street taco-style meat), and chuck cubes (perfect for caldo). We’ve even learned authentic Greek lamb cuts for a customer who wanted to impress visiting family!
We also offer smaller beef and pork portions than other shops. Don't have a lot of freezer space? 1/8 beef or 1/4 pork would be perfect for you!
We take family seriously, both our own and our employees.

We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours. We are set up with windows to watch the whole butcher process if you choose. Education of our customers and youth in our area is a big priority to us.
